Scientist reported that individual who eat at least one serving of blueberry every week can reduce the risk of hypertension up to 10 percent compared to those who did not eat the fruit.

Blueberry contains a chemical compound known as flavonoid, which is an antioxidant that can also be found in dark chocolate and tea.

Flavonoid has been proven able to lower the risk of heart disease and this recent research has shown that blueberry give good effect in avoiding high blood pressure.
