Understanding the Anger Process

The feeling of anger appears in four stages which are the buildup, the ignition, the burst and the after effects. In every stage there are always things that can stimulate your feeling and this is the reason your have to immediately divert your attention so the feeling of anger burning in your heart do not become aggravated.

Anger does not necessarily must be shown since there is no scientific evidence saying that showing anger is a healthy thing. Yelling, smashing door or throwing object in hand does not defuse anger, but otherwise in can become the fuel of the anger.

Because becoming angry is a choice, it up to one self to choose either to be angry or to be calm down, especially if there is health problem.
