A simple illustration of human excretory system. The human excretory system is comprised of:
– Kidney, produces urine
– Ureter / urine duct, channel urine and kidney to urinary bladder
– Urinary bladder, urine storage organ
– Urethra, a duct where the urine is discharged out from the bladder

Urination happens when the volume of urine in the bladder achieved the level where it will stimulate you to urinate. The urethra muscles in vicinity will loosen while the bladder muscles will also contract causing the urine to flow out and the opposite happens when the urinating has stop.
